Breastfeeding mom's! I am having forceful let down and its starting to get really frustrating for both me and baby girl! Everytime she nurses I let down on both sides and milk sprays everywhere and she chokes and then doesn't want it anymore. I read to pull away and let it stop before continuing feeding but sometimes I let down again! I also tried pumping some out but again... I let down again. Anytime I have sucking stimulation from my baby I let down on both sides ugh!

Do you pump? If not, try feeding her in a upright position so she won't get choked.

@junesmommy15 I tried laying back while having her sit up and she still chokes when I let down. I do have a pump and I usually have to pump the second one out because she only drains one.

When you pump, try not to pump a lot out because that could cause oversupply which could be why you're so full. I would hand express a bit out first and then put her on that boob.

Try laying down on your back & putting her on your belly it may help I had really forceful let down as well it stops after a while & we really didn't do anything for it just stopped nursing when he got choked up & burped him & then latched again but I only had one let down & mine let down on both sides I would have to hold it tight because it kinda hurt
