So I started itching uncontrollably earlier. I popped a Benadryl, two hours later I'm like woozy!!! Then I remembered I took a Benadryl! Now I'm fighting to stay woke!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I did that last week. Best night sleep I had in forever tho I'll tell ya lol
