First of all, congratulations! Second, most OB doctors don't want to see you till between 8-10 weeks but you could call now and set up an appointment.

you should just try calling n make an appointment ahead of time

normally your first appointment will be 8 weeks but every doctor is different.

Congrats!! I had my first at 18 also! Yes call and tell them you are pregnant and need to set up your first apt. Make sure they know you have previously miscarried. Praying for you and this pregnancy!!
