Workout inspiration? I have 2 under two and I'm exhausted And I have a workout bike which I really don't want to collect dust and give up on my goal ☹☹😔👎🏿
do quick five minutes as hard as u cake. once a day. make it a challenge to put some electro song and go. u can do five minutes. or even one minute but just try to start. dont give up. it will only get harder if u start later on. trust me :)
