Anyone else tore extremely bad when you had your baby? I am in excruciating pain and nothing is working.

@junesmommy15, okay thank you, you gave me some hope being that you had more than me.

Yeah I understand. I had so many stitches as well. I believe 33. They do take time. Just keep them clean and dry and they should heal with no problems.

@junesmommy15, okay I might have to try that because this is terrible I have 28 stitches and I know it will take some time to heal on its own

Yes. They were so itchy but they healed quickly after that. Before I started using a hair dryer it was taking forever.

@keka I know I used my babies boppy pillow for sitting it helped since its kinda shaped like a donut and doesn't pit pressure on my lady parts

I had 4th degree and an episiotomy with my First Take some of your pads and put them in the freezer and make sure you are doing your sits baths

I dried my stitches with a hair dryer to speed up the recovery process. I tore bad!! I took warm baths also, which were soothing.

I didn't think to do this after my vaginal birth, but you could try icing it. Otherwise the numbing spray is the way to go.

@reaganmommy2015, I just sprayed the pain spray down there I usually just spray it on the pad. I tore really bad. I have 28 stitches and ice is the only temporary relief.
