Bloody show is basically losing your mucus plug and it's tinged with blood, there is no way to know if you're thinning or dilating without being checked and when it comes to leaking usually if you fill a pad in an hour or so then it's your water or if it comes out in gushes without you forcing it out like pee

bloody show is pretty much losing your mucus plug and I am not sure if you can check yourself but I heard if you can fit 2 fingers in your cervix then your 2cm dilated and crap. lol idk I just leave that to the pros. and if your leaking fluid it will fill a pad in a hour you need to go to hospital

ohh could be Braxton hicks have you tried a bath and laying on your left side and drinking a glass of water? if you have then id go to the hospital cause your a lil early.
