Are there any moms here that are pregnant or has had their baby but also has a toddler that still needs alot of attention from MOMMY? My son is 1 and I'll also be having a little girl on Nov. 3rd😍! Im just try to get some advice about keeping everything the same for him and consistent! Sure his father and my immediate family are around but he cares nothing about that, if he cant sit in my lap, hold my hand or even keep my attention, he goes into flip mode😤😲😭! My husband can definitely nurse our daughter if I was pumping, and I also know how important that bonding time is with her! I dont know about anybody else but it really bothers me to hear my kids cry, especially when its something as simple as holding his hand! Need some advice from a mom that has the same hurdles to overcome or have been there done that! Please feel free to speak your mind, I need all the advice I can get!

Omg my daughter will be 2 on the 23rd of next month and she's attached at the hip to me, and I'm due on 11/07
@mommi1315, I did the same thing cause this pregnancy was so unexpected, I just took it as a blessing though because God does everything for a reason!
no lol girls are more I can do it by myself boys are attached and like its mine until they need help lol
yeah, I get so worried since my fiancé works during the day I'll be overwhelmed when the babu comes. hopefully my daughter will be in preschool by then. @alaron41
@jdrose, he has been this way since he came out of me! I thought boys would be more independent than girls for some reason!
@xxkawaiinekochanxx, I've been trying to talk to him an make him realize that he's not going to be the baby anymore. As soon as he realizes that im telling no, there is a fall out and nonstop scream that sounds like im hurting him! Sometimes a toy works but most of the time it doesn't. I mean the struggle is real!
@jaydenndjennahsmommy, I told my mom the same thing yesterday, the newborn will be on one nipple and my son will be on the other side riding on my hip! Im gonna make it work some how!
i feel the same way... I cried when I first found out I was pregnant... because I felt like I would be taking time away from my son
yeah my one year old is acting like he needs so much attention now that I'm pregnant before I was pregnant he wasn't nearly attached to me

My oldest daughter is 14 months 15 on the 30th and my youngest daughter is one month
I know it's hard, but you have to explain to him that he has to share you with baby sister because she needs your love too so she can be as happy as he is. My oldest acts up too sometimes, but I let her know that she's my big girl now and she has to be baby sister's protector and mentor and share the care I give her with baby sister. I'd give him a toy(s) also to keep him occupied

I have a 3 yr old who is very needy of me he has to b on top of me especially for attention when he feels like hes not getting enough hes very winey and bugs out im almost due any day and i fear of being over depressed or dont know what to do becuase ill be by myself all the time with my son and new baby , im hopeing maybe i can play with him while i nurse or color or some simple things or tey to cuddle with both of them on each arm watch kids movies
I have a 2 year old son and I have a daughter due Dec 7 but she can come any day... my son doesn't care about anyone but me... he has to sit next to me or on my lap... he has to cuddle with me n his dad(my fiancé) tries to take him places so I can rest since I'm on bed rest but he clowns sometimes because he wants to stay with me so I know exactly what you mean... I worry about being able to balance my time between them both
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I need some advice my babies father gets really mad when he drinks liquor. He woke me up and started a big argument about the thermostat he completely destroyed the room and choked me this is the 2nd time he has done this. I'm going to church today and I'm not sure of what to do when he starts calling and texting to talk to me because he realized he messed up. I need some advice and solutions to help the problem.
