Some people act like if they were homeless, with a child, and had no other option in the world because government aid has a waiting list and it's taking months for help; that they wouldn't do something against their morals to provide for themselves and child (ren) short term. I know you guys would so stop trying to act like saints like I'm the biggest sinner in the room. Sheesh!

No, after I posted that, I called one of my friends and told her about it and she acted like I was just horrible. Mind you, she has full family support and she's spoiled beyond anything you'd imagine. She doesn't know struggle so I was annoyed. It wasn't you. Lol but I swear I could see how you would think so. One of my jobs involves spraying cow and horse shit out of stables. I have an office job, but it isn't enough to do what I want. The farm and store belong to my husband and I & entrepreneurship is NOT always cure Vistaprint cards and FB pages. Lots of people say I'm crazy for not sticking to the easy desk job...but the easy desk job creates nothing but a paycheck. I need something I can leave for my kids, something to provide long term. So I smile as I clean those stables. Or try to.

Work is work, if it's legal and honest then go for it! There should never be any shame in providing for your family! Just because you take a certain job now doesn't mean you will have to do it forever. If you dance for a little bit maybe you could save up some money to get trained in something you actually love doing. Everyone has to start somewhere.

@mrskel1, I totally couldn't agree any more with you on that one. I do plan on saving the money. I just have to try my best to just get it over with and get to where I need to be.
