Oh honey you'll do great! Honestly! When you're in labor everything just come naturally. The nurses will be there for any question you have so don't be afraid to ask them. Also, if the pain is too much, don't feel guilty if you choose to have the epidural or other pain medication. When labor is full force just picture holding your baby and it will get you through. You're going to be awesome!

Its ok to be scared when u a ftm believe me all i thought about was the pain will she be healthy is she ok but when it comes down to it you feel pain but u tend not to be so nervous cause the anxiety you will finally see ur baby's face for the first time kicks in and gives you strength like no other....moms are always nervous too lol i remember my mom was shaking trying to be strong for me lol....everything will be ok you will see good luck😊
