when did you ladies start setting up all your baby stuff, like the pack and play and everything?! I have her crib up. and all of her stuff is basically stacked in the crib. we haven't put it out in the rest of the house yet. lol

I started everything at 30 weeks i believe the bigger i get the worse it gets to do things lol still don't have a hospital bag but everything else is in place lol
