You can take them whenever but I always took 2 pills three times a day. And also you'll know the pills are working when you start to smell like maple syrup! Lol

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
