I use " Shea Moisture" its an awesome brand and they're perfectly safe during pregnancy. they actually make a line of soaps and lotions specifically for mothers to be, and for baby.

some of the specific types are hard to find in stores so to find the one for mothers to be you may have to go online. they are very affordable though @mommaheathco
