Thinking about getting an IUD for contraception. Those of you who have had it or currently have one, what is it like? Any complaints? My MIL talk mad trash about them and says their horrible for your body, I'd like to hear from people who've had them

i had the paraguard iud for 2 yrs and i loved it, it was comfortable and i always got my period regularly besides the cramping before starting my period it wasn't bad
