I used one to start but ended up using 2 like a week or so in just to make sure there wasn't a reaction I mean its just oil but you never know

I got a new pair of cuticle scissors and I clipped it open and-sorry to be graphic but I inserted the tab-it just dissolves but know its oil so you might "leak" I put it in right before bed but I had a towel under me as to not stain the sheets

how did u use it @hippiegardenmama

I use it starting around 36 weeks it helps soften the cervix but it didn't help me go into labor
