bouncing on a yoga ball, warm baths , spicy foods, nipple stimulation umm you can have your doctor scrape your membrane or getting into a squating position an holding it there. also walking up an dowm stairs

@jessy235, lol I've tried both of those ... maybe she's just being stubborn.

I've had my membranes stripped already that didn't help lol, but I will def be trying the other techniques all week. I need her out lol @braylinsmommy

i guess the membrane sweep works differently for everyone.

All I can say if you tried things and nothing, than just wait it out! It will happen when you not thinking about it!
