I had my first introduction to swollen feet last night 😧 weird thing is this morning they were, and are, still puffy. Any advice on getting them to go down?? also, my hands and fingers are tight, can't see any puffiness but they just feel.... achy and tight. I've gone so long pretty much symptom free this is all so new!
