I had the same thing your explaining happen to me at 28 weeks...I went to the ER and was there for 5 hours hooked up to monitors...They said I was dehydrated...Made me drink 64 oz of water within 20 minutes and then I was told to start drinking a gallon of water a day. I haven't had any since then and I'm almost 33 weeks

but my daughter is breech can it still be possible

Lightening crotch!! It happens for different reasons. Could be baby kicking your cervix, your cervix stretching or preparing itself, thinning, or even just tilting!
