do you have a cold right now? I have a condition that I break out in hives from head to toe when my immune system is low.. so sick or stressed stuff like that will male them pop up. they are absolutely miserably... im sorry hun feel better! try and hold ice cold towels for your hands if they itch really bad.

If you came in contact with poison ivy it could just be. Doctors think they know everything. Sometimes they're wrong. Maybe they're not. Hope it goes away soon.
