One cup of Jasmine green tea with a spoon of honey. No more than one cup in a day until U feel better. It usually made me feel better within 2-3 days for a cold and a week with a flu

Ugh I feel you try and see its for acid reflux but it helps with everything I think that was the main cause of my nausea

@mimiz, yeah it is and probably safer since its stuff you eat anyway... i still have nausea and vomiting and my heart burn didnt hit till 26 weeks but its full on vengeance mode

I had a bad cough like the dry headache ones omgggggg. And a bit of a stuff I ended up getting bronchitis & pneumonia 😩

Oh girl I thought I was gonna die when I was sick but I went to the hospital they gave me these pearl like pills and they cleared me up quick they give it to pregnant women

Robitussin works amazingly and it's safe while pregnant!

You can take Tylenol cold

Put some Vicks vapor rub on your feet and put on socks. (I also put a bit on my chest and right at the bridge of my nose.) Snuggle under a warm blanket. It's comforting and helps with the congestion. I like it because it's external. Nothing to swallow. =) I hope you feel better soon!
