Suggestions and tricks needed.
My newborn sleeps allllll day and night until I go into the bedroom at 10. Then she wakes up and refuses to sleep all night. She will only take a nap during the night and that's only if I hold her. I need to know how I can start getting her on a routine and how to wake her up in the evening. I know she's still super little and won't be on a schedule for a while but I fall asleep feeding her and holding her and it scares me.

Make sure during the day it's light, blinds are open and there is noise, music or whatever. During the night it is dark and quite. She's still very young, it takes time, hang in there!

Try to keep her up a little more during the day. And keep it light while she naps during the day so she knows the difference between naps and night time.

My mom would wake my little sister up during the day and let her take small naps. You'll get it. She would tire her out by keeping her up and then at night would sleep ohh so good.
