You cant get disability or cash aide dont pawn it pawn something else like a tv you can buy another tv you cabt buy another ring with that meaning

Aww try again before you do and try to put it on pawn lay away where you can slowly pay the money back i just dont want you to regret it one day 😩💔

I would definitely try again, your state must have some kind of aide for mother and children. I would do a little research. Like leiibabby said you don't want to regret your choice dwn the road.

sadly im in Pennsylvania as well, they did away with cash assistance in 2012. only thing she is able to get is wic, food stamps and medical assistance. there are agencies to help with other needs but not cash. so sorry about the ring.
