What symptoms did y'all have when you first got pregnant? this will be my first and im trying to get pregnant but i have no idea if i am or not. my husband told me he has a. slight gut feeling that i am but i don't know lol

i have a dr appointment November 11th and im waiting until then to find out anything.
My husband knew before I did! He had been talking me to take a test for about a week before I finally gave in. I was still about a week away from my period... I was about 6 weeks when I finally listened to him!
my boobs hurt & I was extremely tired. my husband said he knew I was because I was sleeping so much.
my husband said my boobs have gotten bigger when before it took forever to get above an a cup and ive had back pain recently and ive been really mood swingy.
My only symptom I had was my boobs being itchy. My SO was the one that made me take a pregnancy test
My boobs hurt and my hair was falling out before I even knew that when I had a positive test it all made sense
I've been emotional and lately had back pain when i stand for a while.
what I did was took a pen and paper and put a tally on it each time I went pee and so did my girlfriend and I went pee twice as much as she did and my nipples hurt and my boobs were so sore and itchy. and low and behold here we are at 21 weeks expecting a girl :)
aghh mines hit me so hard and around 4weks I'm having twins so I'm guessing that's why it hit me hard.
my nipples turn dark, throwing up nonstop for weeeeekks.. I got so bad I was losing a lot of weight. I pee a lot
always tired. now I'm 33+2 glad the throwing up stopped at 20weeks
Peeing all the time, cramps and lower back pain. Also really tired
really sore boobs, peeing a lot, always tired.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
