breast fed babies can go a week without pooping it's normal. and all babies have a little bit of a reflux. the muscle that helps keep the food in their tummies is weak.

And listen to his tummy if it's bubbly you might want to get gas drops cause sometimes when my daughter gets gassy she gets constipated

Try keeping his knees to his chest

It's not just regular spit up..he was popping every feeding but now he seems like he's constipated he strains and turns red and grunts when he's trying to poop @chavalava
