Usually you have to pay out of pocket whether you have insurance or not and most are like $75-100 or maybe more. Usually between 28-34 weeks is best

3D's aren't covered unless they are medically necessary.

I was like wtf but my sister pay for hers and it was only 50$

some offices do them for free. my office does them at the 20w mark to make sure anatomy is correct.
