Depression is a serious thing. I was happy to come to this forum and see I wasn't the only one battling it. Everything has been weighing on me. I've been battling this for over 3 yrs and thought I was doing good at handling it. But Saturday night I realized I needed serious help! I completely flipped out and lost it. Was throwing objects, cursed at the kids, went off on my husband and stormed out of the house. That's NOT normal.
