I know exactly how you feel. I stopped watching YouTube videos of newborn mommies because they were irritating. Like how do you have time to look that perfect with a baby the same age as mine??
normally when I get free time I rather clean, or eat ha-ha... I gotta get myself back ladies :/
You can do it while baby is taking a nap :) just keep a close eye on him
You may have to invest in a baby carrier. Wearing your baby gives you your arms back.
