Question may be tmi

Doc is supposed to call me back tomorrow because I called to let them know it's been 3 months and still no period. I realized today that I may be ovulating and we had sex last night. I don't want to mess anything up. If they give me meds should I still take them right away or no? Monday 8/19 I had whitish clearish discharge all day. And we had sex Sunday night.
