I have asthma so I've been coughing a bit and the sneezes I'm like umm hello ouch

that's how it is for me too. I try to avoid sneezing but they keep coming lol @mimiz

Feels like it's on purpose sometimes huh ?! Lol try a heating pad try laying a certain way
