how can you tell when a baby kicks you ? I Can't Tell &' I Really Don't See My Tummy Growing I'm At 18 Weeks :(

I just started feeling them around 19 weeks every so often but today shes been kicking a lot! It feels like little flutters or bubbles almost like its gas but it's not lol

i feel down of my navel exploding bubbles but i dont know if they are gases oh the baby!!😐:)

& my mom says my stomache only growing from the side . not pointy like others you get me , because she says imma have a girl & when it's a boy it's pointy . . and when I lay down my stomache go flat like if I wasn't prego . sometimes it scares me n I sleep on my side rubbing my belly crying hoping everything OK . and then I have to go see a specialist .
