So irritated... just had my son 5 days ago and we were at his first doctors appointment today and they took us to a special room for newborns (we were the only ones in there).. well my son got hungry and I breast feed and so I got the cover out of our bag and started nursing.. YOU COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING, NOT EVEN HIM! And nurses had the nerve to stand just out of the door way and say "They could at least close the door!"

Mind you, this is our first visit, I didn't know if we could shut the door or not without getting in trouble or them forgetting us in there... but seriously? You just know what I was doing.. how is that offensive to anyone? I was so pissed and if my husband wouldn't have been there I would have acted out! I'm definitely gonna find somewhere else to take my sweet boy! He deserves better!

What do they expect you to do.? You breastfeed, if your baby's hungry, you need to feed him, you'd think nurses and doctors would likely breastfeeding mothers and be encouraging it. I had to wait and let my baby be fussy at his doctors appointment Bc they left us in the waiting room for like an hour. /:

Seriously they're nurses they shouldn't be offended by that, at the hospital after I had my son I never covered up and if they walked in while nursing they just talked to me like nothing was happening.

Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
