girl, the tearing and stitches are nothing. you are sore down there but it isn't a distinct sore that you pinpoint to just one spot. at least that's how it is for me. it's nothing you can't handle I promise. don't worry yourself.

If you google everything your gunna end up psyching yourself out, I know I did and I was so nervous but once getting there and going through it, it was not even half as bad as I expected

No you don't need a catheter if you can walk that's why you only get it if you get the epidural, it's honestly not bad with my first I was only in labor for 6 hours, contractions do hurt but with the epidural you can't feel anything
