How and when did everyone announce their pregnancy to everyone? I want to do it in a cute way but…

we waited until the first doctors appointment and heard the heart beat and got the ultrasound. but a lot wait until like 10-13 week's.

we told our parents at 8 wks. we gave them each a little box that on the outside said "the best things come in small packages", and inside we put a pacifier that had a note attached that said "baby smith arriving march 2016". for our siblings, we made them coffee mugs that said 'aunt' or 'uncle' whoever on them. on Facebook, we just posted a picture of two pumpkins we carved plus a little baby pumpkin with a pacifier
