Been having some pains right at the bottom of my tummy where my baby girls head is but its been on and off all day, I'm 30+3anyone know what this is?

My cousin just got a call that my uncle has been kidnapped and they are asking for 250,000. My uncles cousin was there and saw them take him. This happened in Mexico. Authorities are useless.
