I have 1hour glucose tomorrow at 7 am do I fast? any tips or suggestions I'm nervous.

They should have told you if you needed to fast or not. Just relax is my advice lol

Nope! Mine never told me I couldn't eat. I actually ate granola bars at the appointment lol

The midwife told me to limit sugar for 2-3 hours before the appointment.

You don't need to fast for the 1 hour test, you do have to fast 12 hours for the 3 hour test.

My doctor made me fast for the 1 hour test. Now I'm confused cause no one else had to lol
