before hand I could get like 4 to 5 bottles at a time and then nurse to idk why or even weekdays wrong that I can't now

idk I was able to pump and nurse all the time and get a howl lot to put in fridge if I needed to now I only have enough to nurse if I pump I can only get maybe a bottle or half a bottle at a time

Why do you think your supply is going down? Could it just be that your production is evening out?

@cherylshaver1018, my son is 3 weeks as well. and I'm having the same problem. I have been taking mothers tea, and these pills called lactation plus. I haven't seen the results I been seeking, but everyone is different.

but they've told me to brink a beer. so I finally did about 2 days ago. I can say that ever since I've drank the beer my milk supply has increased. I'm suprised that the beer did more than the tea n pills.
