this is so true! I even screw it up in a rice cooker. I usually just give up and do the boil in a bag.

Nooooo I hate boil in a bag rice 😒 ! Try this next time !!! 2cups of water 1 cup of rice and salt and butter at the beginning stir a little & just let it cook do not disturb the rice at all until all the worker is absorbed & you'll have a perfect pot of rice I promise !!!

@royce_ivy when I leave it untouched should it be boiling or on simmer?

Just add your rice to your water ad your salt & butter stir once then put your top on it & don't touch it again all the water will absorb on its on ...so the water should be still you'll check on it & it'll be boiling but don't touch it just let it boil & the water eventually boils out
