What usually happens at your 35 week appointments?

Nothing special happened at mine. the same stuff. checked heartbeat, asked if the baby was moving, that was about it.

At my 35 week appointment my cervix was checked, strep b test, and blood draw

@camdensmama, you will probably be getting it soon. This week or next. Nothing to worry about, just a quick swab

@jjbutton, yea no worries. I'm curious to know if I'm dialated at all. I feel like with all the cramp and contractions I've been having I should at least be at a 1. But baby hasn't dropped yet either. So who knows!

@camdensmama, yep! I was so excited to find out I had already started to dilate at 35 weeks, but nothing has changed in the following weeks. I'm always still anxious to find out, but always disappointed when nothing's changed. FYI: you may feel cramping and have spitting after you are checked. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it's not uncommon. Good luck! 😊
