im feeling the same way right now hun. it was like f her but if it was anyone else they would've thrown a baby shower. like my aunts got surprise baby showers. but ive learned to realize if no one ever gave a f about me dont feel bad if they dont give a f about your children either.

i just learned to spoil my kids by myself f my dumb so called family we dont and will never need u for sh#!

i threw myself a shower... everyoene around me had their hands full so i never expected others to do it for me... sadly we never got to have it due to a pregnancy loss at 23 weeks... but i planned it all myself... i was sending out the invites the day before we lost him..

No one sends me texts or emails or messages, and yet I still check daily like a fool...it's literally just me and my husband...wishing my MIL was alive, she's the only one who ever cared....

ive never had a shower... so i was throwing one.myself... that was my first child and.sadly.he passed away... this time, if my famuly or friends dont.theow one, ill throw my own again :) its a celebration of a baby and.life...

@jessicagarmal I'm sorry for your loss hun. Your correct it is a celebration of a new life that's why you shouldn't have to throw your own shower but I understand where you're coming from
