having stretch marks that are hurting now... I've been rubbing this stretch mark lotion on it almost everyday but outs not helping... (and it was $40 -_-) what do i do???

28 weeks. in this photo it shows my stretch marks from 10yrs ago from having twins. they do not look like this in person. they are white.
