if you take a vitamin d supplement it will. that's what i do everyday. along with my prenatal.

I do yes. And even if you take vitamin D yourself it's not enough for your baby, the supplement you take is barely enough for you so yes it's a good idea to give some to your baby. Specially because ultraviolet light and the small amount of D in your milk is not enough units a day to really make a difference in your baby's body. The pediatrician explained all of this to me, it's not just from a website. So yeah continue giving it to your baby it's important:)

He just started taking it today :) and thank you, I wish the doctor would have explained to me but my doctors office isn't too good lol @natsmommy
