been 24 hours since labor and surprisingly my incision looks rather clean and not as open as i assumed.the nurse did however say there are layers of stitching under the skin.

@faithfulness88, yeah theres some pain bht as long as you atay current on your medications its do able. the most painful part is gasthroughout nights .
