You don't have to but I do. I take prenatals and fenugreek. Fenugreek boosts your milk supply and prenatals helps to give you extra nutrients and etc since your baby is taking them from you.

okay thanks girl! i forgot to ask my doc but i just realized ill run out by this weekend so didnt know if i should buy more. ill have to ask about my iron supplements too..

you don't have too unless you don't think you are eating a good diet. I also took fenugreek for awhile till my milk was established

regular prenatals that I was taking in the hospital. I also drink mother's milk which has fenugreek in it and I drink Smoothies and mix in brewers yeast in it. (some days tea some days smoothie)

No they're all the same just different MG's. I take the ones from Walmart and they're 610MG. I take 2 pills three times a day! And my milk supply has increased like crazy!

I take the same prenatal I took during my pregnancy. Eat a balanced diet and tons of water and you're good.

My doc told me keep taking prenatals since I was Breast feeding so I do those and fenugreek pills
