I use the vita fusion ones! I had/have terrible morning sickness so the gummys were SO much easier!!

My doctor said any other the counter prenatal with dha. She also said to make sure it had at least 800mg of folic acid, but I think pretty much all prenatals do

I love the target brand ones that have a vitamin plus an extra dha gelcap. Great price but excellent ingredients.
