When did you guys decide to tell your employer that you were expecting? I'm really nervous!!

With my first baby I told them at like 24 weeks lol I work for a children's hospital now, a much better environment, so I told them at 14 weeks.

I did right when I found out cause there were things I could no longer do or else I was gonna lose my baby
