getting difficult to breathe... actually progressing to a slight wheeze today. anyone else have this issue this far along?

my baby is transverse so he's up in my lungs and ribs. fun times lol

I can walk quickly and even jog a bit but get me to walk up 2 flights of stairs and I am completely out of breath! Especially if any of those stairs involved carrying my 18 month old!
