A friend of mine did different melted chocolate bars in diapers, and we had to guess what it was... It's kinda of gross but looks like baby poop, it was fun....
pacifier game, you get mini pacifiers(pink or blue) and put them on ribbon to make into a necklace. when you pass them out inform everyone that they cannot say the word baby for the remainder of the shower. if someone hears you say "baby" they get to steal your pacifier. the person with the most pacifier necklaces at the end wins a prize (candle or something small like that) its really fun because its hard not to say the word baby at a baby shower. played at everyone of my baby showers.

also you can have a baby bottle and people have to chug it as a race. my cousin did it at her shower and it was so funny lol
