C section moms, after your c section did you have postpartum bleeding(I knew a few who didn't. ) if so how long did it last and was it worse than your period
@jennzbakesalot, are you permanently numb? I had 2 c sections one emergency with my last pregnancy and I lost my twins. This pregnancy Doctor said I had scar tissue and I believe it led to nerve damage. I'm almost 6 weeks pp and I feel numb still.
I had it maybe a week. But it gradually got lighter. Heavier at first especially in the hospital when the nurses press on your belly and check the position of your uterus.
At first it was bad but it got lighter pretty quick but it was period like
@jennzbakesalot, yeah that part is kinda scary but something about knowing I'm not going to feel the kind of pain I would with regular delivery eases my mind.
really... i just hate not being able to movie or control my own body.. freaks me out.. but the recovery isnt the worst part..
yup.. im 8wks pregnant wit my 6th.. i lost one after birth but i got 4 happy kidos :) n one in the oven.. yano c section r the worst but its defiantly a prefect gift
iv had 5 c-sections n after surgery i bleed like a heavy period for 4 days then when i went home it was like a normal period n only lasted me 2 weeks i even got pregnant wit my son after 5 weeks after c birth..
it did! but I recommend walking :) I walked at the hospital and the next weekend walked at the mall and stores and it really helps! and also putting a tight tank top or something tight on your belly it will make it easier
@arlyyrta_, oh I hope that is not the case for me. That sounds like it made recovery extra irritating
I did for about 4 weeks but it was lighter then my period usually is so it didn't bother me too much.
no it doesn't hurt, it helps a lot trust me!
