Every boob is indeed different lol BUT if you were to leak during foreplay or sex, it probably wouldn't be very noticeable because you only have colostrum . Now, once your milk is in (which happens after baby is born), be careful you might start squirting milk everywhere!

My husband is grossed out by my nipples now. Now they're already only for the baby. 😭 I'm so sad.

with my first I didn't start leaking maybe 2 weeks after he was born and with my daughter now I started leaking last week at 23 weeks -.-
it can happen anytime, I didn't start leaking until after I had my son
with mt first pregnancy I never leaked unless I actually squeezed on my boobs and even then it was only colostrum. I wouldn't be too worried.
