Will your new babies be sleeping in a crib, bassinett, pack n play or co-sleeping?? I'm just curious because I don't know what to do at first.
@hward12, are you talking about the basinnet thing above? I think that is a cool way of Co sleeping though. Yes you are right whatever works best we will see but I'm leaning towards the pack n play.
Our baby will be in a special co sleeper bassinet thing lol. It is one that you lay at the head of the bed or between the parents. Only reason we are doing this is because we are moving as soon as my Obgyn gives me the ok to move. We will have no nursery... No crib set up... Nothing... All we will have is the babies clothes and everything we absolutely will need. We co slept with our son till he was 3 months and that was the worst thing ever. He slept awful because he just wanted his own space. As soon as we moved him to his bed he slept a lot better... Waking up a lot less. Honestly though it's whatever works best for y'all and whatever you are comfortable with.
@mdomke22, yeah they get stuck on it fast and so will I lol. Yeah I think I'm going to use my pack n play then the crib once he turns 3 months. My whole family thinks that as well but I want to show them.
I would try and stay away from Co sleeping. lol they get stuck on that really fast.... but I used a rock and play till nylah was about 1-2 months then went to her crib. sleeps like a champ now by herself. I can put her in the crib awake and she'll fall asleep by herself. it's great and also helps with babysitters cuz they don't have to do alot to get baby to sleep lol but my bby dads whole family was telling me she'd end up on my bed. lol well in their face! 😜
@sassymama29, lol I'm sure I will be the same. As long as he is close enough to me. I feel like I will get no sleep at first whether he's up or not just to check on him.
@imbecca143, okay thank you so much, I think that's what I'm leaning towards being that I already have one and don't want it to be a waste.
Yea that's what I was thinking and being a ftm i know I'll be overly obsessive lol
@sassymama29, that looks cool, that way baby is super close.
okay thanks... yes those restless nights... I can't wait lol @kmrie
depending on howblomg you co sleep with them. if you wait too long. the transition will be a bit difficult. @keka
@momma588, okay thanks. Is it easy to transition them into their own crib after Co sleeping?
My baby's in a bassinet in our pack an play right next to where were sleeping makes things easier seeing as were up every 2 hours
yeah I think I will use the pack n play and wait until he's about 3 months to get in the crib. But my mom keeps saying he's gonna end up in the bed with me and I don't want him to get used to that @mumof2
I'll be co sleeping if hubby and I don't move into a house bfore he's born.
well not a rush to put up crib if you have area for baby to sleep. my son didnt sleep in crib until 2 months old any way
okay thanks ladies. I have a crib and pack n play and I'm just stuck as to what to use first. @her_plus_her_and_me @never2late
thanks ladies... I have a crib and a pack n play but the crib isn't up yet just torn between the two. @ce5ce @havingmyfirstgirl @mumof2 @natesgirl
We used the Rock and lay sleeper without first right next to the bed. Planning the same thing for our second.
Mine are probably going to go between rock and play sleeper and pack and play

Babygirl knocked out sleep
Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
shut the door?
does anyone shut their child's door while they sleep? (if they sleep in their own room)
Lol exactly . My eyes will probably look like a panda 🐼 from lack of sleep lol
