I was meant to go see her this week but I forgot to make the appointment and my next appointment is with the consultant next week @oweatherby . Not sure really I guess if it helps get baby out lol xx

I seen my midwife this morning, she advised to have lots of sex and spicy food))))) husband happy of course... for me it seems too complicated now))) she said hormone what they give to stimulate contractions same what sperm contains) x

@tremzini, how your pain? I had absolutely ridiculous back pain last night, contractions every 4 minutes.. and it settled down !!!!! nothing today((((
